Who initiated April 2010 event?

Consequences of April 2010 governmental overturn: 

1) All good governmental officials who rose during Bakiev who served the country were taken away and the new government put their own people, especially in the South. Local district administrations were occupied by criminals. 

2) The generals and their families were threatened by the new government's people. Some were fiercely beaten. They suffered a lot after. 

3) Many people at that time felt anarchy and started exploding buildings and robbing stores. 

Things that led to Russia being suspected in the armed riot of April 2010. 

1) Atmabaev, after becoming the president of Kyrgyzstan, took away the US military base from Kyrgyzstan and got closer to Russia.

2) There was an informational war against Bakiev from the Russian media. 

3) Russia instantly recognized the legitimacy of the temporary government that did the overturn.

4) Putin puts flowers on those who suffered during the 1912 Russian imperial regime. 

I guess that Atambaev became close to Putin, since he wanted to have someone by his side if something happened to him. When Atambaev was imprisoned, he could ask Putin for help and I guess he helped him get out of the prison. 

Russia denied allegations that it intervened at that time (April 2010).
