There is information that the Russian government armed the Kyrgyz opposition in April 2010 with prohibited weapons. Plus, they gave away our very decent general, harshly beaten Moldomusa Kongantiev to Kyrgyzstan’s evil temporary government so that they sue him for executing a legal order to physically force evil people that conquered the district administration of Talas to give it back and for the crowd to disperse. Kongantiev didn’t give the order to shoot the people, although he had the full right to do so. General Kongantiev came to the crowd and was taken by criminals into captivity.
All this is to conclude that Russia might interfere in the 2010 bloody events. Russia has such military members who can betray. Not only are there military members who can betray, but I am sure that there are people like this in the Russian government in general Putin has no idea about.
Internal enemies of Russia are the reason why Kyrgyzstan will never agree to join the Russian Federation. Not only because of such interferences, but also because of 30 years of neglect from Russia since the fall of the Soviet Union. Kyrgyzstan has gone through a lot of challenges after gaining independence: poverty, no salary, internal wars between Uzbeks and Kyrgyz, and terrorist attacks of Tajiks twice within 2 years. Russia never helps in a military sphere and as it says never interferes an independent country even with positive intentions. Russia didn’t regulate the situation with internal wars or anything and didn’t contribute to peace deals. Many Kyrgyz are not ready to become the Russian Federation another country.
