When a person has squares or oppositions in directions we call them challenges. Challenging comes as something not very nice to feel, feelings of failure, sometimes even disgrace. For example, we were appointed to do some work without experience. We were told to plunge into this sphere and learn everything about it for a small period of time. There might be a sense of disgrace and shame when we make mistakes because of lack of experience and we are aware that someone else can do it better, someone else is much more qualified. Feeling ashamed and unworthy is typical of squares and oppositions.
