Transiting Saturn in the first house happens to everyone in their own year. Everybody has a different year when it happens. Saturn always requires sacrifice, the first house stands for beauty and body. During this transit people lose weight naturally without diets, they just don't want to eat a lot. 

Transiting Saturn in the first house might also be an indicator of a plastic surgery that changes appearance for the better. Transiting Saturn during 12th house may indicate the loss of teeth, maybe due to brackets, child birth or aging. Transiting Saturn during the 1st house usually speaks about positive changes in appearance. Health is not so good though, but you look good and it raises the mood. Sacrifice is usually about going under plastic surgery, since it's scary and risky, but at the end turns out to be worthwhile.

The Chinese calendar animal zodiac signs start in the beginning of the next year like 2026 begins on February 17. Snake is still running till that moment. 

Tashiev had health issues in the year of the Snake. Tashiev said that he had heart pain, he actually had a heart surgery. He lost the position of a National Security Head.
