Kyrgyzstan has been placed last by presidents and temporary government. They served foreign countries and let even neighbouring countries interfere our internal affairs and do overturns. Since 1990s we have been run by criminals, because they were responsible for safety in the villages and regions of our country. Japan is needed for protecting Kyrgyzstan from many spies and agents that don’t care about our interests. Japan will run if they solve the issue of safety in the regions.
