Transiting Saturn in the 10th house can stand for hard work that pays off. During this transit (when - individual timing), we work and get a promotion by the end of the period. When Saturn crosses the 10th house, a person gets a new job that requires a lot of personal responsibility.
If a person got previous jobs unfairly, when Saturn goes through the 10th house, he/she would have a humiliating fall. A certain exposure is gonna be there on undeserved position a person used to have.
