I added United Arab Emirates, Australia and Albania to the list of Pisces presidents of sea countries, there was a change of governors in 2022. I deleted Somalia, because Pisces president was the former one, till 2022. Among 18 Pisces presidents, 14 are 100% of sea countries (78%), 2 - very close to sea (Ethopia and Serbia), 2 -dry.
Out of 12 Scorpio presidents, 10 of sea countries (83%), Scorpio - water sign, 1 - very close to sea (Laos), 1 - dry (Paraguay)
