I came to a conclusion that there should not be a ranking of the best astrologers. The best astrologers are from ancient times, Babylonians and Mesopotamia inhabitants. These are the founders of the basics of Astrology natal chart and zodiac 12 signs division, including houses. They are the first who discovered Astrology and later it was developed by Egyptians and the Greek when Babylon was conquered by Alexander the Great.
We don’t even know the names of Astrologers who created this matrix and who invented it; it’s a huge discovery like internet and those who discovered Astrology are probably forgotten and humbled by the running government.
