I don't think that Astrology is an occult science. Occultism goes under the 8th house, it includes the psychic perception, mediumistic practice, spiritualistic sessions, tarot, runes. The 11th house is the house of Astrology, it also includes other innovative sciences like IT, inventions. Astrology is an innovative science.
