The best feature of the earth element is its seriousness and discipline to follow what they said or declared. They are afraid to let somebody down. I would like to tell you the story of when I was let down by another student who had no earth. We worked in a group and had several projects. I and one guy made an excellent project that was the best, others did not do anything. When I asked one person from our group to do a small presentation for 15-20 minutes, she said "Ok. Certainly!"
I asked her one more time before the day of the presentation and she said: "Don't worry!" 

In the morning she called me and asked me to come by 1 hour earlier. I came and nothing was ready! She just created a couple of slides and copy-pasted the pictures from the internet. I was angry and she said: "Do you study Management for the theory only?"  I added some slides. She asked me to go out with her. I did not expect she will not speak anything after 2 sentences. I had to tell everything I knew, but it was not a prepared presentation, not quite according to the topic. However, the problem was that all this disgrace was watched by the Duke university professor. I had to attack her after the students left the class, and she said to people how bad I was. Along with stress and nerves, I also became a bad person. I totally had the right to shout at her. 

Such examples are rare, but generally speaking, people lacking earth have no respect for the authorities and system rules.
