Is 2028 a Libra's year?

 Is 2028 a great year for Libras? Both have successful aspects. The first will become Kyrgyzstan's president, and Zholaman Sharshenbekov may become Kyrgyzstan's first Olympic champion. 2028 is my successful year also.
