The Starbucks trial for burns caused by coffee spilled by the victim (the charge is that the barista handed the delivery driver a loosely sealed coffee.) will be decided in late December - early January 2025-26. The decision will be fair, not what it is now. Far from $50 million, and the amounts will be much smaller, if not very small.
